Kaye’s Story
Our 20th Anniversary was not only a celebration for Balanced Essentials but it also was a time to focus on what aromatherapy and essential oils can do to help heal our bodies. Many of our customers wrote to us to tell us how their lives had been improved and changed. This is Kaye’s Story:
“Hello Cheryl, I just want to tell you that I absolutely love your products. I have used many different ones for many years now and I can honestly say that I love them all.
The benefits of BE Relieved and BE Sport are amazing for all sorts of aches, pains, muscle strains & soreness, arthritis, irritable bowel and upset stomachs, insect bites, sunburn etc. I think that one of the most beautiful experiences I have had with BE Relieved was when my sister was staying with me for a period of time.
She has suffered from crippling debilitating rheumatoid arthritis since she was about 16 and is now in her 60’s. She has had numerous surgeries on almost every part of her body over the years including having her toes broken and hinged on several occasions, tendons have snapped and been repaired, knee replacement etc. The list of medications, injections, treatments, hospitalizations and diets etc. just goes on and on.
Despite all of this she remains one of the most beautiful, vibrant, joyful people you could ever hope to meet. People always comment on how she is always bright and smiling and never complains. Many, many times when the pain is so great and her regular drugs are just not seeming to have any effect she is hospitalized and given stronger drugs and injections. It was after one of these bouts in hospital about 18 months ago that she came to stay for a period.
Each day I gently massaged BE Relieved into the most painful areas of her body. There was an immediate relief to the pain she had been in for so long. Not only that, but each day her skin just became so much softer and more beautiful than ever before. As an added benefit to the pain relief the beautiful fragrance of the oils brings about such a feeling of wellbeing and a balance to the emotions. On the one hand calming and yet at the same time so uplifting.

BE Calm is great when you need to relax and wind down if you are anxious or uptight or having difficulty sleeping. BE Aware is great when you are having trouble concentrating and need to focus to study etc. BE Vital and BE Sensual are both so beautiful as a skin moisturiser and softener. (But then, I am sure that you could use any of these beautiful oil blends and enjoy a similar result.) …. I add any combination of the Pure Essential Oils to water in a spray bottle and use as a room freshener if not using the vapouriser. I also apply a light spray to the bed linen and it provides a beautiful light relaxing fragrance while you sleep. My husband and sons have enjoyed the BE Male Aftershave. A wonderfully soothing and yet invigorating fragrance and feel to the skin.
I’m sure I could go on and on, but I think the message is this. Cheryl, I absolutely love all of the products I have tried. Please don’t ever give up bringing us such beautiful, pain relieving, nurturing, uplifting natural products that bring healing, wholeness and wellbeing. The effect that they have on the body and the mind is exceptional.
