Stress has been linked to numerous illnesses and causes of death, including heart disease, cancer and suicide. Imagine if we could deal with this by ourselves in a natural way.
The stress response is the body’s way of dealing with a perceived threat. The problem starts when the threat never leaves. And this is the kind of stress that modern society is attempting to deal with all of the time.
