We want you to feel completely satisfied with your Balanced Essentials’ Products and also have confidence in the experience of purchasing with us. Our Returns Policy is a ‘voluntary’ policy in addition to your statutory rights. For that reason we have a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. If you are returning a product for change of mind we will refund the purchase cost of the product(s) minus shipping and handling changes. You are responsible for both the return postage and the postage for the new order. This policy allows you to sample consumable products however if Balanced Essentials feel that an unreasonable portion has been used Balanced Essentials may refuse to accept the return.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please return the item to us within thirty (30) days, and we will either replace the product, send you a credit voucher or reimburse you for the purchase costs including the return postage.

How do I receive my refund?
Your refund will be processed in the same way that you paid for your purchase. For instance, if you paid by credit card, the same credit card will be refunded. You may also choose to be refunded by voucher which allows you to use your refund to help purchase other products.
