I cannot believe such a simple thing could have such a profound effect

“Ten months ago my husband of 43 years passed away after a couple of years of ill health. The years we had in dealing with his disease took its toll emotionally which I did not realise until it was over. When he passed I was left with an empty feeling as the partner I had all this time was no longer with me and I was left with an empty house and empty life. My family have been wonderful but it does not help when you shut the door when they go and you are left alone. I found that I could not sleep waking at least four times a night and sleeping in short spurts. Needless to say this did not help in facing the day and all that goes with it.

The other night it occurred to me to use your BE Calm. I had bought the oil for my two dogs who were petrified in thunderstorms. It really worked for them by the way. I decided to give it a go in a half-hearted way – thinking that it could not do any harm and it might just take the edge off my agitated feelings. I have slept through the night in a restful sleep pattern only waking once – such an improvement on the past months. My mood swings are not anywhere near as bad and I am coping so much better which is most likely due to finally getting mostly unbroken sleep.
