The Future of Aromatherapy

The future potential for aromatherapy as a medicine is enormous and diverse. We have seen the popularity of aromatherapy grow, especially during the last two decades to help aid headaches, soothe arthritic joints and muscular pain, encourage sound sleep and help with hormonal changes to name just of the few of the many wonderful benefits.

I believe the use of essential oils will become commonplace in our homes, hospitals and other healing centres. They will prove that they are a potent alternative to using many drugs and a first-choice when it comes to the treatment of many ailments. Imagine a world where your first choice in pain relief is an aromatic oil instead of a synthetic drug. Our children and our grandchildren will be the lucky beneficiaries of all the research done and the availability of this natural, non-invasive alternative.
