What does Colloidal mean?

Colloidal is a suspension of finely divided particles in a continuous medium, from which the particles do not settle out rapidly and cannot be readily filtered out.

Colloidal Silver
Silver has been recorded through history as a natural antibiotic and a preventative and treatment for disease. Ancient Greeks and Romans must have known something because they put silver in their urns to protect themselves and in the middle ages, traditional Chinese medicine used silver to fight infection and disease.  In India’s Ayurvedic medicine silver is prescribed to build strength and character.

Ancient Egyptians used silver “scalpels”.  Crusader knights shared and drank from silver cups reputed to prevent the spread disease. Some people used silver cutlery over gold, for health, and were said to be born with “a silver spoon in their mouth.”  And silver coins were placed in milk and were also cooked into the Christmas Pudding as it was thought to prevent spoil.  And as hard as it is to believe not so long ago doctors used silver when needing to hold bones together and in surgery for covering holes in the skull.

Antibiotics are touted as the big cure for infection, but they kill organisms indiscriminately and they cannot attack virus and fungi. Modern antifungals are hard on the liver; they are a classic case of curing the symptoms, not the cause. 

Bacteria can cause disease in a body whose immune system is compromised however it is well known that many bacteria are essential to good health and will only cause a problem if something in the person is out of balance. Silver selectively distinguishes between the friendly and unfriendly bacteria and in contrast works gently and is very healing.

Colloidal Gold
Colloidal Gold has also been used for centuries and is known to be effective in easing pain and swelling associated with arthritis as well as a remedy for digestive disorders, circulatory problems and burns. It was also used by Dentists to fill teeth.  Gold is also known to heighten the functions of the pituitary gland and be of benefit for those who suffer from emotional problems.
