Hints for Nutritional Cleansing Program

Posted on: October 21st, 2010

HINTS FOR TAKING ISAGENIX *Take 30mL of IsaCleanse first thing each morning to help start the day. It’s very alkalising and is equal to eating approximately 20 servings of organic fruit and vegetables. Also taking 30mL of IsaCleanse after drinking alcohol or eating a very acid meal helps to neutralize their effect. For constipation try the juice of half a lemon in water water (warm is best to help with peristalsis* of the bowel) or take 30mL IsaCleanse and 2 capsules of IsaFlush morning and night or alternatively eat 3-4 kiwi fruit and 1 tblsp of flaxseed oil with breakfast or...

I’m feeling GREAT

Posted on: August 11th, 2010

I’ve been on a Nutritional Cleansing Program now for just over 3 months and I’m feeling GREAT. After writing to you in the last Newsletter I’ve noticed other changes apart from the 10 kilos and 62 cms in total I’ve lost. (Why do we as woman always think about this first)? What I have noticed is that I now look at food very differently. I don’t have cravings that are hard to control so I’m much more selective about the quality of the food I eat. I’ve become very interested in the acid/alkaline balance of the body and am reading everything I can to learn more. As this balance...

What REALLY is a balanced diet?

Posted on: August 11th, 2010

What REALLY is a balanced diet? We’ve all heard at some point that eating a balanced diet is good for you but what REALLY is a balanced diet?  I remember growing up to think a balanced diet was meat and three vegetables. Well now I know that the portion size is correct, 25% protein to 75% vegetable. But I’ve also learnt that each vegetable, fruit, meat, fish and dairy is either alkaline or acid forming in the body. And acid forming is not healthy in excess as it wears our body out quicker predisposing us to many illnesses such as diabetes, heart disease and arthritis and even...

Why are diets not successful?

Posted on: June 17th, 2010

Most of us have tried to lose weight at some point in our lives. Some of us are continually trying. Have you ever felt frustrated when your weight drops initially and then the cravings become stronger? Have you noticed that adding lots of exercise only helps for a time and then you start to feel tired, sore and will make any excuse to not exercise that day?
